Travel Design Retainer Fee Schedule
Individual & Small Group Travel
To provide personalized service, detailed travel research, and curated travel experiences, a Travel Design Retainer is required before travel research begins. This retainer covers the time spent researching destinations, comparing travel vendors, reviewing travel options, and designing customized travel proposals. There will be no more than 3 changes per booking fee.
Couple Booking 1-4 travelers
Includes no more than 3 destination research, resort comparisons, vendor pricing review, and curated travel options.
Group Booking 5-9 travelers
Includes additional group coordination, travel research, vendor comparisons, and customized travel options.
Group Booking 10-20
Includes extensive group travel planning, supplier coordination, group logistics support, and customized travel proposals.
Destination Weddings
Destination weddings require extensive coordination with resorts, wedding teams, and traveling guests. Wedding planning services include travel logistics for the couple and their guests.

21- 40 Guest Starting

Special Events & Celebration Travel
(Milestone Trips, Bachelor/Bachelorette Trips, Family Reunions, etc.) Special event travel requires additional coordination to ensure the group travels smoothly.

Services may include:
• Resort and destination research
• Group accommodation coordination
• Corporate meeting room reservations
• Private event space coordination
• Welcome reception or celebration dinner arrangements
• Group excursions and activities
• Travel logistics for guests
• Payment tracking and travel timeline support
41+ Travelers
Large events require extensive coordination, including managing accommodations, group logistics, event space reservations, and guest travel management.
Custom pricing is provided based on the scope and complexity of the event. may include:
• Resort and destination research
• Group accommodation coordination
• Corporate meeting room reservations
• Private event space coordination
• Welcome reception or celebration dinner arrangements
• Group excursions and activities
• Travel logistics for guests
Retainer Exceptions The Travel Design Retainer may be waived if: • You already have a specific resort or hotel selected and only need assistance securing the booking • You are a returning client who has previously booked 3 or more trips with The Leisure ExperienceImportant Notes • Travel Design Retainers are non-refundable once research has begun • Travel pricing is subject to change until reservations are secured with a deposit • Travel proposals are typically delivered within 48–72 business hours.
